Thunder Mountain Ranch – Orlando Buck Trust, Parcel # 032-04095.000, 032-04091.000, 032-04090.000, 032-04094.000, 032-03713.001, 032-03694.000, 032-03714.000, and 032-03716.001, Part of S19, 20, & 30 T33N R18E, Town of Stephenson, Freida Lake and Mountain Lake, Conditional Use Permit Application to expand a Multi-Unit Development for the addition of more units/residences. 
The purpose of the hearing is to accept public comment on the above matter.  The application is available for review in the Marinette County Land Information Department located on the second floor of the Resource Center, 1925 Ella Court, Marinette WI 54143 from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.  All persons interested are invited to attend said hearing and be heard or to provide written comments to the Marinette County Land Information Department, 1926 Hall Ave., Marinette, WI 54143-1717, prior to Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
