The Marinette County Highway Department imposes seasonal weight restrictions on most county trunk highways during the spring thaw. The seasonal weight restrictions typically occur from mid-March to around the end of April. There is a Seasonal Weight Limit Posting Definitions document in Forms & Documents link on this page.
Weight restrictions will begin on March 12, 2021 at 04:00 pm and will remain in effect until lifted. Overweight/Oversize permits for emergency purposes can be downloaded from the Forms & Documents>Permits section of the General Information page. Please allow 3 business days for processing overweight permits.
