Function: To promote, encourage and aid the UW Center - Marinette County, or any successor educational institution and in furtherance of this purpose, to receive funds, gifts, bequests, devises and donations from interested persons, firms, or other organizations, and to provide a tax-free medium to accept such gifts or donations, to hold real estate, to borrow and mortgage assets, and to exercise fiduciary responsibility for maximizing the value of same.
