Information and Assistance Specialists are trained to help you assess your unique set of circumstances. Specialists will answer questions about local, state, and federal programs while giving you options that help you preserve your resources. Staff can provide information that includes:

- Transportation
- Support groups
- Resource material
- Health and wellness
- Telephone reassurance
- Personal care services
- Economic support including Income maintenance
- Prevocational services
- Respite care
- Tools for caregivers
