Community Options Program
The Community Options Program (COP) assists individuals with chronic illness or disability to obtain services needed to remain in their own home or to return to their home. COP serves children and adults of all ages with long-term disability. COP services include: home care, meals, transportation, respite care, dental care, equipment, home modifications and remodeling, vehicle lifts, therapy, and counseling.
Waiting lists may exist for Community Options Program funding.
