AODA Family Education Series: Marinette County Health And Human Services - ADAPT announces the AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) Family Educational Series open to the public. This series is developed to address the growing concerns in our community related to the devastating impact that substance use has had on individuals, families, and the economic prosperity of our community.

Alcohol and Other Drug Services are for persons who use alcohol and/or other chemical substances which have mind altering affects to the extent that it interferes with or impairs physical health, psychological functioning, or social or economic adaptation and for persons whose use of alcohol and/or other drugs has resulted in a conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI). Services provided to persons with substance abuse issues are: crisis services, outpatient treatment, assessment prevention/education and court-ordered assessment of Operating a Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated (OWI).
