June 22, 2010 - REAL ESTATE RECORDING FEES INCREASE TO $30
Effective June 25, 2010 the cost to record a real estate document in the register of deeds office will be $30 regardless of the number of pages. This change affects recorded documents only. Filing fees for plats remain the same.
ANY DOCUMENT RECEIVED ON OR AFTER THE EFFECTIVE DATE WILL REQUIRE THE NEW FEE. |
