MARINETTE COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT WILL BE HOLDING FREE
IMMUNIZATION CLINICS MONTHLY AT THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS:
2nd Tuesday - Senior Center - 569 Washington, Niagara
3rd Tuesday - St. Mary's Parish - 804 Henriette, Crivitz
4th Tuesday - Public Health - 2500 Hall Ave, Marinette (basement)
JUNE 2010
8th - Niagara Senior Center - 1-4pm
15th - St. Mary's Parish Center - 1-4pm
22nd - Marinette County Health Department - 1-4pm
Parents must accompany children under 18 and should bring shot records. Vaccines are offered free but donations are accepted. Medical Assistance will be billed when available for administrative fee only. If you have questions, please call the Marinette County Health & Human Services Department at: (715)-732-7670. Appointments are available at both Niagara and Marinette.
PRIMARY VACCINES CAN BE COMPLETED IN 5 VISITS BY AGE 2.
